Service That Matches the Quality of My Honda This review is on the two separate visits I recently had to the service department. First trip was to perform a software update. It was done fast and This review is on the two separate visits I recently had to the service department. First trip was to perform a software update. It was done fast and efficient. We discussed getting the initial oil change after this was completed, so I scheduled that for the next week. This was also done fast and efficient and at a very affordable price....I could hardly purchase the supplies for this and do it myself for that price. Everyone at the service department was very friendly. At the end of my first visit, the Service Manager, Aaron, took the time to follow me out to my car and explain the new dealership and service department coming in the near future to address the need for more space that I commented to Heather about. He didn't have to do that, but that's what world class managers do. I left feeling that my experience there matched the quality of our new Honda Accord Hybrid and that's really saying something. More

Broken Shift button While out running an errand the button on the gear shift popped out into my hand. I was able to. reinstall it to drive the car to the dealer.
