Customer Service For A Disabled Car My late model Honda malfunctioned at the gear selector on a Friday evening. I turned to the guy that leased me the car, Bill Gleason. I did not expect My late model Honda malfunctioned at the gear selector on a Friday evening. I turned to the guy that leased me the car, Bill Gleason. I did not expect to have my car back by Saturday morning; much less have a loaner to return to the dealership to get my car the following Sat. morning. All of this was accomplished on a Friday evening. You have to admit, that is exceptional. The receptionist was waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership, with keys to a 2019 CR-V. Roadside assistance delivered my car and I did a ride along in a brand new, amazing tow truck. The operator, Josh, had everything loaded up quickly and cheerfully. I saw many of the Jenkins processes at work and I am impressed. More

Labor rate I found the labor charge for the service that was performed was on the high side. It appeared to be the amount that 2or 3 service techs were involved I found the labor charge for the service that was performed was on the high side. Don’t know how many people were involved in the service, but I wish I made that kind of money per hour when I was still working. On the positive side, the loaner car of a 2019 Odyssey was a very nice vehicle to use for a day! More
