Work was done completely in a timely matter. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was promptly escorted to Eric who took care of the paperwork. We discussed the work to be performed and then Eric reviewed to make sure we hadn't missed anything. We were escorted by Eric to the waiting area to wait for the completion of our service. Eric stopped by during the service to inform us of the progress. Once completed Eric approached my wife and I and reviewed what had been completed and asked if we had questions or other needs. We did not have anything more so we were escorted to the check out area. Eric thanked us for our business and wished us a good day. More
No hassle repair Brought 2016 Honda Pilot in because "keyless entry problem" popped up on the screen. Had to wait three hours for the diagnosis. Jenkins had to order Brought 2016 Honda Pilot in because "keyless entry problem" popped up on the screen. Had to wait three hours for the diagnosis. Jenkins had to order the part but we’re true to their word saying that the part would be in the next day. Appointment was made for the following day and repair took one and a half hours as promised. The roughest part of this visit was the three hour wait for a diagnosis which was understandable since we brought the car in mid morning which is most likely the busiest time for the service department. More
