He was prompt, he was an excellent listener and communicator, and he gave me some very pragmatic solutions for items I could not afford. I was, admittedly, on the fence about returning to Jenkins Honda's service department after the service representative I'd been dealing with for several years left the company, but Nate did a great job of easing my anxiety and ensuring my vehicle was well taken care of and serviced quickly. I will be recommending him to friends and family! More

They took me right away and explained what they what they were going to do before they did it and the approximate cost I had a scheduled appointment. They took me right away and explained what they what they were going to do before they did it and the approximate cost. It only took approx. an hour so I could sit in the waiting area and get work done. The cost was right on the nose. He then explained what the next service appointment should cover. What I think I think the service was great! I didn’t have to wait long at all, they informed me of other issues with my moms car, and my mom is already planning on I think the service was great! I didn’t have to wait long at all, they informed me of other issues with my moms car, and my mom is already planning on how to go about it. Like one problem she wants done is the cable for the gas cover needs to be replaced, her question is, does she have to leave the car there over night and if she does, does Honda give a loner car to drive back home until the job is complete?
