Ended up trading in my VW Jetta (also purchased at Jenkins) for a lease on a Civic LX. I have never had a single complaint about the service center - the employees have always been helpful and gotten the work done in a timely manner. I can't believe other than they did a super job this time too. More

Service while I waited was a pleasant experience I scheduled and received the following Services, for my Honda CR-V; New Synthetic Oil, Filter, and Lube, along with a Multi-point Inspection and Wash I scheduled and received the following Services, for my Honda CR-V; New Synthetic Oil, Filter, and Lube, along with a Multi-point Inspection and Wash. All the Service Representatives were very cordial, considerate, and professional. I wish I could cite everyone, from the gentleman who checked my vehicle at the Service Door, through to the lady who processed my bill. They were all great. I also enjoyed the Customer waiting area. Coffee and Donuts that were available, while I waited. The seats were comfortable, and it was not overly crowded, despite the high activity.
