I explained that we were leaving for RI the next day so she was able to get everything taken care of that morning. We are new to Florida but have been using you since we were snowbirding several years ago. The service Techs are all very good and courteous. The waiting room with tv, donuts coffee and popcorn is very welcoming and comfortable if you need to wait for a few hours. More
