Chris was most helpful and the service was exceptional. BUT the IT/EXEC phone system was terribly flawed! When calling the service dept # shown, the ONLY option was to select a time/date. to speak to an ac BUT the IT/EXEC phone system was terribly flawed! When calling the service dept # shown, the ONLY option was to select a time/date. to speak to an actual service PERSON, I had to call SALES where a PERSON answered and the transferred me to a service PERSON. Whoever was responsible for approving the current system is a true dimwit! As a long-time general mgr of large pharma plants (sales in the billions) I would have terminated such a dimwit! More

I called at 10 am to check on the availability of tires for my car. I was told they were not on site, but could be delivered from the warehouse in the afternoon. I was called at 3pm to tell me the ti for my car. I was told they were not on site, but could be delivered from the warehouse in the afternoon. I was called at 3pm to tell me the tires were in. I went over at 4pm and by 5pm I was on my way home with new tires installed. My alignment had been checked and I was told that it was fine and I did not need that service. Nice to see they don't try to do un-needed service. More
