Don’t ever make a simple inquiry about an automobile at this company because when you choose to pass, they will just call your phone repeatedly every single day anywhere from 5 to 10 times a day aggressive this company because when you choose to pass, they will just call your phone repeatedly every single day anywhere from 5 to 10 times a day aggressively leaving message after message after message after message never stopping I just experienced this for approximately six weeks straight to the point I finally called back and asked them to please stop and remove me to be spoke to extremely rudely and then hung up on so I called back to speak to a supervisor Who has just as rude Demanding, I accept an apology which I didn’t need. I just wanted to share feedback so that maybe they could have the opportunity to improve but instead he continued to talk over me and be rude. I would highly recommend you never contact this dealership because they will harass you to no end they don’t care about you they just want your money, but if you like to be treated aggressively, then this would be your number one choice. I would never do business at this dealership not when they’re aggressive this way, and clearly the sales people are told to do this by their sales management because I just experienced an aggressive sales manager . Today, we have a beautiful 2024 pearl white hybrid CRV and it is amazing. John knows Hondas and he is one of the most pleasant people to work with.
