Professional, courteous taking the time to make sure I new the cost of the oil change and reminded me I might need a tire rotation. I asked her to include that in the service and she did. No pressure. I had forgotten to rotate the tires at the first oil change and needed the rotation done. She was looking after me the customer and my Honda! While waiting, was going to order the all season mats for my 20143 CRV. The gentleman at parts quickly gave me a price and let me know the mats were in stock. Purchased them right then. Again, courteous. professional and helpful. I have dealt with both of these individuals when doing business and they always have their best foot forward. I am sorry, can not remember the gentleman's name, but well done. More
