Not sure yet I've dealt with Blount Honda for a long time and I was pleased with the service but the sales part of it was awful and I never recommended them to any I've dealt with Blount Honda for a long time and I was pleased with the service but the sales part of it was awful and I never recommended them to anyone. My rating of three stars is because I haven't really had lots of visits to Jenkins Honda. Jenkins Honda did sell a car to my daughter recently, the process was good but the sales guy was awful! We mattered as people, and they trated us with respect and dignity - with the right amount of humor! No "hard sell." no "attitude." The salespeople were just excited about their product and hoped we would be too. The price was what we expected, and we didin't have to endure ridiculous haggling - like six trips back to talk to the manager. It was a comfortable atmosphere, where they all seemed like family. No pressure. I had forgotten to rotate the tires at the first oil change and needed the rotation done. She was looking after me the customer and my Honda! While waiting, was going to order the all season mats for my 20143 CRV. The gentleman at parts quickly gave me a price and let me know the mats were in stock. Purchased them right then. Again, courteous. professional and helpful. I have dealt with both of these individuals when doing business and they always have their best foot forward. I am sorry, can not remember the gentleman's name, but well done. More
