Too many sales people I was not impressed with the new sales personnel. 2016 Honda Pilot Touring We love our new Honda pilot. It appears to be well build, very stylish and most of all highly technical. We specifically love all the safety features that were built into our vehical. The only drawback that I have found so far is that the navigational system is difficult to program. However our salesman Bill was able to get the answers that I needed to finish programming all of the stuff that I needed to program and that makes me a very happy owner. I highly recommend Bill Gleason when looking to purchase a new Honda. This vehicle is the first leased vehicle that I have had the pleasure of leasing. School is still out on the lease of this vehicle however, as we get further into our lease I will be able to provide more information at that time. The one downside to this dealership is that they need to update the customer waiting area when coming in for service. A big screen TV, some good movies to watch and maybe coffee & donuts or something of that nature to keep people satisfied while they wait for their repairs to be completed or maintenance to be performed. More

Tony called Monday morning, had the problem diagnosed, found an alternator in Ocala, had it installed, and we had our car back by 4:00 Monday afternoon.
