John Harbaugh, and Manager,Josh put up with my looking at various options CRV, Odyssey's even a used Acura and brought out a 2016 Pilot to try. LOVED IT but didn't want to spend that much. They worked with me and got a price I could live with so I took it home. They took their time, didn't pressure, let me try different options and explained features. I have been buying Hyundai's from a Jenkins Dealership for years. Bought the 2012 Odyssey from a different dealer and had HATED the purchase experience. My wife would NOT consider buying another Honda (even though we both loved the product) just because the buying experience was so poor. When I saw the Jenkins group had acquired a Honda dealership I decided to give it one try. I must say it was the same pleasant experience I had come to expect from Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, Florida. Jenkins Honda of Leesburg actually cares! After 2 weeks of weighing my options and visiting other dealerships, I finally decided to make a little trek out to Leesburg to visit Jenkins Honda. After 2 weeks of weighing my options and visiting other dealerships, I finally decided to make a little trek out to Leesburg to visit Jenkins Honda. I didn't have very high expectations considering my "less than favorable" credit. I was helped by Tony Moore and he was incredible. I explained to him that I didn't want to waste any time to see if I could finance or not. Surprisingly he and the team at Jenkins got me approved and a long story short, I am a new owner of a 2015 Civic. Tony and the team were very helpful and everyone there was very polite. You just don't really see that kind of service from anywhere anymore. The folks at Jenkins Honda are a cut above the rest! Great job everyone! More
