Awesome Experience! My experience with the dealership started several days before when I inquired about a vehicle at the dealership late at night. The very next morning, I received not only an email about the vehicle, but I received a follow-up telephone call to make sure that I had received the email, and to determine whether I had any questions. This stood out in my mind because I had inquired about another vehicle at the same time, but it took almost twenty-four (24) hours for that dealership to respond. When I arrived at Jenkins, Tyler pleasantly greeted me even though the dealership was getting ready to close. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for and discussed with me the reasons for it. Tyler and Russell, the General Sales Manager, found a vehicle that fit into my budget within just a couple minutes. The vehicle was pulled up, I test drove it, discussed the terms, and had an agreement within just 45 minutes. During the entire time Tyler was focused on my life and whether the vehicle would satisfy what I was looking for. Tyler continued to be sociable with me while we completed all of the paperwork. Mike, the Finance Manager, continued to the experience when we were going over all the loan paperwork, even though the dealership had already closed. It was a great experience. I usually find dealer visits unpleasant, pressuring, and confrontations; but, this visit was nothing like that. I enjoyed the experience from start to finish! They even made sure that the vehicle I was purchasing got a fresh car wash while I completed the paperwork. More

Buying a car shouldn't be a big hassle and these guys do their best to make the process easy. Special thanks to Jeff Thompson, the sales consultant who helped us through the process. Now as it happened we only had about an hour once we arrived to get our deal all the way done and the keys in our hands, and I have to say Jeff was literally running through the dealership setting everything in order. We also sprang a last minute trade on him and he took it in stride and took care of us. All around great experience. More

Great customer service! Richard and Bill made my buying experience wonderful. They were not pushy and they answered all my questions. Their knowledge and advice helped me to make my decision. I will tell everyone to go see Bill & Richard at Jenkins Honda. I bought my last honda from Bill Gleason 7 yrs ago and Bill is the main reason I cam back to the same dealership instead of another one in Orlando! His customer service is awesome. Enoch made the closing portion tolerable. The long process of paper work and signing was a nice experience. He explained everything to me and helped me make the right decisions. These three gentlemen are a huge asset to this dealership! More

Another great experience! Having previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership, we knew where to go when the time came for an upgrade. We were fortunate to work with the wonderful Bill Gleason again! We selected another certified preowned van. When we got home with the vehicle, there were some things that we weren't satisfied with. The next morning we notified the dealership and they gladly helped to resolve our issues. They not only gave us our full money back toward the trade in on a different vehicle, but they also gave us an amazing price. We love our new vehicle and remain loyal customers of Jenkins Honda!
