I actually enjoyed a new car purchase I haven't bought a brand new car in very many years. The reason? Previous horrible experiences at dealerships. This purchase was actually kind of fun. I didn't feel pressured or like I was a prisoner. I met some of the dealership staff who I will need to interact with in the future and they were all very friendly. Greg Green was assigned to assist me with my new car adventure. Greg Green called me to set up an appointment and made sure I was OK driving to Jenkins Honda considering that I was driving over 70 miles. Greg was very patient with me considering I was being a little aggressive and wanted top dollar for my trade in. While I was waiting minimal time for the finance manager to take over the final step, I met Debbie Bennett. I was so impressed with her outstanding customer service that I did mistaken her for the General Manager of the dealership. After a few laughs, she informed me that she was the Customer Relations Specialist. My car wasn't ready because it had to be delivered from another location, so they gave me a new Honda to drive home. Greg personally drove over 70 miles to my house to deliver my car. This was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. Jenkins Honda also acknowledged my Military status and with all of the Military Veterans working at their dealership, I will highly recommend this dealership to all of my Military friends and fellow Veterans. Thank you for the outstanding deal!!! More

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Greg was not pushy, rude, or unprofessional. Russ, the manager, was not unprofessional either. He could have been when I talked a about the experience I had at Kia down the street, however, he listened and told me I would have a better experience here. When I stopped in to Jenkins it was only because it was up the street from Kia and I wanted to see if Blount Honda which was taken over by Jenkins would have something to offer me. I used Blount all the time when I needed service on my Honda Odyssey. I figured they could not be as bad as Kia, or at least I hoped so. The experience was totally different. Greg Green was an exceptional associate. He was able to ask the right questions and without going any further, asked the manager to speak to me ( I guess because Greg knew I could not afford much and I did not have the best financial situation). When Russ Bennett sat down with me, he told Greg he had a Kia Soul, Chevy, and a Honda Civic. Seeing the first two I was not at all interested in, I was shown the Civic 2012. The car had everything I was looking for when comparing to my honda odyssey 2006 which i was going to trade in. It road nice and was the perfect color. I could not believe how perfect this car was. Greg and I went back and forth on the deal like two times. Greg got me a great deal with Russ's help. Then I moved onto financing and that went like smooth sailing. Brad Overby worked with me and I left with my new used car. More

No extreme pressure like other dealerships have been known for, and still they let us know that they wanted our business. As a retiree I knew I had a budget to go by and let them know it. They did their very best deal to stay within my budget and still get me in a vehicle that suited me perfectly. When we took delivery, a small piece of tint was found loose on the windshield and Greg told me he would report it and have someone call in the morning to set an appointment for repair. He did, they did, the repair was made, happy customer without any problems. Thank you Jenkins and especially Greg and also Brad in Finance for all your good work. More

My only recommendation would be to see that used cars have at least a half a tank of gas in them. Mine did not but my salesman offered to fill it when I brought it back in a couple of days. He was tied up a that time and I could not wait. More
