This dealer ought to be the trainer for all other car dealers. I checked out every aspect of the dealer and found every employee superior and most helpful. The sales staff that I primarily worked with, ( John Harbaugh and Shawn Garrett ) are the best I've had in 50 years of buying cars. The were extremely professional, very knowledgeable of their cars and just genuinely good people. They help me in every aspect of my purchase, but never pushed or over sold me. Leasing a car with unexpected twists We visited this dealership because they had the model we wanted in stock. We were met promptly and had a salesman assigned to us. The salesman was courteous and considerate throughout. He answered all our questions and took us for a test drive. We were looking for a walkaway lease. After signing the papers we encountered an unexpected twist which left us still in possession and responsible for the disposition of our old vehicle. The "deal" required us to surrender the old vehicle with the lessor after we were to receive reimbursement from Jenkins. This took a couple of weeks and finally we wound up paying off the old lease which left us waiting to receive a reimbursement from Jenkins. We never encountered such a deal before. We spent over seven hours at the dealership waiting for them finalize the paperwork and didn't leave until after 9 PM! This was a drawn out, tedious and exhausting experience! We do not hold the salesman responsible for this experience. More

Service Department We had service on our vehicle for a chewed up wire. The service was extremely slow. We never recieved our wash or vacuum.
