He came back with a price of $18,999 for a 6 year old Ford Escape with 9000 miles and a damaged front bumper that would need replacing. we thought the price was ridiculous and left, after over 2 very long hours with this guy. when we got home we went on their site and there was the Ford Escape, the exact car they showed us for $18,999 listed for $16,999. I guess Jenkins thinks their customers are dumber than dirt! we're not. this was the 2nd bad experience we had with that dealership. we vowed never to go there again but we had heard Honda had the car we wanted so we gave them another try. Deceitful and Deceptive Leased a 2015 CR-V. After spending 6 hours at the dealer listening to them tell us they only lease new vehicles, no used vehicles and no demos, they d Leased a 2015 CR-V. After spending 6 hours at the dealer listening to them tell us they only lease new vehicles, no used vehicles and no demos, they delivered us a vehicle with 2000 miles on it. It was a service loaner that had been driven by dozens of people who, lets face it, didn't treat it so nice. We were in the finance manager's office doing the paperwork as the dealership was closing. We were sold a car care package for an extra $50 per month in the payment for 36 months. Exhausted and trying to get out of there, we bought it. After reviewing it later the plan covers everything that is already covered by the new car warranty. All we got out of it was 6 oil changes. $1800 for 6 oil changes. When we inquired about canceling it, I was told to come down to the dealership to sign the form. After sitting in the lobby for an hour, waiting for the finance manager (who never showed) I was shown a paper that listed the car care plan and insurance (I didn't even realize it was 2 separate plans) that totaled $1022. They informed me my payment wouldn't change and I would get the refund on the "back end of the deal". Days later the finance manager called and invited me back to the dealership once again so he could show me where I was "mistaken". When I told him I was sure I would lose this money on the back end of the deal in the paper work shuffle, he completely agreed and said that was true. I'm not wasting my time going back to the dealership to sit in the lobby for hours again. I share my experience with Jenkins Honda of Leesburg with everyone I meet. Hopefully I can save someone else from being sold a completely useless plan. I am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau. More

The first car I sat in was the one I drove home in. It was apparent he knew what kind of car I was looking for before I even gave a preference. More

Best Purchase Process to Date. I am very impressed with all aspects of Jenkins Honda and how they make you feel you are more than a sales number. When the car was purchased the vehi I am very impressed with all aspects of Jenkins Honda and how they make you feel you are more than a sales number. When the car was purchased the vehicle that was advertised on the internet was not the vehicle associated with the VIN, the price for the other car was higher. However to my surprise Jenkins Honda honored the price that was listed on the website. I do not believe there are many, if any, car dealerships that would go to that extent to make a customer happy. Thank you Jeff Thompson and everyone involved in our purchase...you guys rocked. Also, we recently took the car in for required maintenance, almost three months after purchase, and ran into Jeff. He was just as friendly as the day we purchase the car. We had a nice conversation and he even remembered a funny event that occurred during our purchase. Now that is the sign of a great dealership and great salespersons. THANX Jeff and Jenkins Honda...you guys Rocked... More
Only needed an oil change I visited Jenkins Honda to request an oil change and rotate the tires as I would be going on a long trip. Talked to Erik the service tech and he advis I visited Jenkins Honda to request an oil change and rotate the tires as I would be going on a long trip. Talked to Erik the service tech and he advised that it wouldn't take very long and to have a seat in the waiting room and help yourself to some coffee and donuts. I decided to pass that offer up and wanted to look at the new cars that were in the showroom. I was greeted by a salesman named Bill Gleason and he wanted to know why I was coming in, told him the reason and that I was planning a long trip, he said "Wouldn't it be nice to drive a new car to Texas?" Bill Gleason was very professional and asked me questions about my previous car and wanted to know if I wanted to take a test ride in a new Honda CR-V and I couldn't pass up that offer. He showed me several colors, but I wanted to see the dark gray one. He explained all the features in the vehicle and I liked the option of the eco boost and the Bluetooth which I never had one in my car that was getting the oil change. I must say that Bill Gleason is a great salesperson and knows his stuff about Honda vehicles and leasing benefits versus financing options. I felt very comfortable being at this place of business and everyone was very understanding and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend this place of business to my friends that would like to buy or lease a car from this dealership. Oh from having an oil change on my 2011 CR-V I drove out with a new 2016 leased CR-V the one I took for a test ride thanks to Bill Gleason!!!! More
