When car is ready someone comes to you and reviews whatever service has been done. This last visit I met Bill Gleason and had a conversation about my present 2016 car and a 2017 car. He was very informative and not at all "high powered" which made me very comfortable. He assured me that he would explain the steps in purchasing my next car and kept me calm. His follow-up has been outstanding and I feel very certain that I can drive to Jenkins and have any questions answered to my satisfaction. More

Turns out we live in the same area and he is a good guy, real knowledgeable. He gave me tips for setting up GPSon my car that wasn't even a car from Jenkins! I would go back to him.
