A Busy Day Brady was exceptionally helpful in my purchase of a Honda Odyssey. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his product. I was a walk-in on a very busy day and he made me feel at ease even though I had two trade-in vehicles to deal with. I didn't expect to culminate any deal but he made it happen. My only disappointment was that I don't think I got a fair shake on the Trade-in values. Paul really knew his stuff in processing my sale. More

I never asked for special incentives from Jenkins Honda of Leesburg because I knew that I could always get the car I wanted somewhere else. But the dealership's Internet salesperson told me that she would give me a $25 gas card if I came to her dealership to check out their cars and a $500 gift card if I purchased a car there. I did drive up there, and the dealership loaned me a car on trial for the night and paid for the gas, which was great. My husband and I purchased a different car from Jenkins the next day, and I mentioned the $500 gift card offer to the sales manager (I don't remember his name). He told me that he couldn't give us a $500 gift card because he gave us such a discounted price on the car. (He had agreed to match the sales price of another dealership.) The sales manager told us that he would do something for us, however, but he never did. I love our new car, and the salesperson assigned to us (Brady Nail) did a good job of explaining its features to us. Kristin Wotton was helpful in resolving the issue of a lost key. But it was a turn-off to get a bogus incentive offer. More

Bad luck turned into happy experience On our way home to Dallas, Texas, from Port Canaveral, our car's A/C failed just north of Orlando. We arbitrarily selected Jenkins Honda of Leesburg f On our way home to Dallas, Texas, from Port Canaveral, our car's A/C failed just north of Orlando. We arbitrarily selected Jenkins Honda of Leesburg for diagnosis and repairs. It was a lucky selection, for we needed a new compressor, a 4-hour job. Staci Farese, our service rep, treated us professionally and hospitably, keeping us informed about the repairs and inviting us to share in the employees' luncheon spread. She turned our bad luck into quite a pleasant wait. In the meantime, Shawn Gillespie invited us to inspect and test-drive a new CR-V. Although we were not in the market for a new car, he, too, was hospitable and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed our time with him. The mechanic completed the repairs in the 3 1/2 to 4 hours Staci had promised, and we had no further troubles on our trip back to Texas. What could have been a nightmare turned into quite a pleasant experience, thanks to Staci, Shawn, and our mechanic. More
