Jason was awesome, I called, I told him the car that I was looking for, he checked his inventory and told me that he had the car in stock. Since I had already done my homework at other dealers I knew exac was looking for, he checked his inventory and told me that he had the car in stock. Since I had already done my homework at other dealers I knew exactly how much I wanted to spend so I told him that I didn’t want to waste his time or mine since I was driving from Orlando. He assured me that he would do all he could to make this deal happen. Once I got there, Jason greeted me quickly, took me to the car and I loved it!! I reminded Jason of the conversation we had over the phone and he told me no problem that he had talk to his manager Jean and we were good to go with the set amount that we had discussed. I could not believe what he was telling me until he brought out the paperwork and I seen with my own eyes. Within a half of an hour of me being there all the paperwork was done and I was the proud owner of a new Honda. I have never experience this customer service anywhere else. I also forgot to mention while I was there, there was a food truck outside called Lingos, I asked Jason if the Lingos food was any good, Jason said that it really was. I went outside to the food truck and the lady said they were close and as I was walking back inside Jean the sales manager asked if I was able to get some food? I told him no, they were closed. He then offered to send one of his driver to go get me some food, I could not believe that, now that’s customer service. Jenkins Honda will always be my go to dealer. Kudos to Jason and Jean for making this deal happen when other local dealers wouldn’t. More
