My advisor Sam was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. and kept me informed with what was happening with my car while it was in service. I will have to make sure I make an appointment with her for my next and kept me informed with what was happening with my car while it was in service. Also, as an added benefit, while I was waiting for my car, I was able to get help from the always helpful John Harbaugh, on some technical issues with my car, who even after almost 20 months since I purchased this car, was still willing to explain some things to me once again! Finally, in addition to all this great service, I was able to eat several bags of popcorn, one of the main food groups of life, to cap off a great experience! More
