Wouldn't honor quote. I received an online quote, called to tell them I was coming to buy car, they assured me the car was available and the quote was the final price. When I got there they wanted 1800,00 more. 3 separate sales people insisted that I would need to pay more than the quote. The Internet calls this type of poor business "slimy". Mark, the sales manager is not listed below, the "Subcontractor" working just the weekend not listed below, also thought it was fine that they wouldn't honor the quote. No one from the internet dept, who sent the quote could work with me to finalize the sale, when I asked to work with them, Mark said no. More

John Harbaugh (not the Ravens coach) was my salesman. John was excellent to deal with while purchasing my new Honda. It was a late night sale and he stayed until 10:30PM helping and guiding me through John was excellent to deal with while purchasing my new Honda. Early next morning when I picked up the car he had it all cleaned up and ready to go with a full tank of gas. John spent a good bit of time that morning explaining the entire operation of the car and all the dash button options. It was great working with someone that was not pushy and rush to sell a car. Experience was great! Took care of everything I needed. Found out exactly what was going on with my Honda Odyssey and got right to work. It did take longer but because the Took care of everything I needed. Found out exactly what was going on with my Honda Odyssey and got right to work. It did take longer but because there was 3 different recalls on my van so we decided to take care of them all at the same time. Which was great for me. Mike was a great help. Kept me updated on everything that was going on. They serve snacks and drinks which is perfect for when you have a little wait time. Plus it's Honda parts going on my van. Definitely will be going back for future services. More
