My Honda Fit didn't start one morning. I had to have it towed from my house 25 miles away. I talked to Amber Baraso in the Service Department. I was able to wait until the next morning when she arranged for a ride from the dealership to my house and back again. The car was ready to go and the cashier process was quick and easy. (The car even looked clean.) A day later, a cover came partially off underneath the engine. My neighbor was able to bolt it back on, but Amber gave me a free oil change as compensation. More

Wouldn't honor quote. I received an online quote, called to tell them I was coming to buy car, they assured me the car was available and the quote was the final price.
