Never again! I highly recommend that you STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE AT JENKINS HONDA IN LEESBURG. Yes. They did give me a rental car for free while they replaced the a I highly recommend that you STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE AT JENKINS HONDA IN LEESBURG. Yes. They did give me a rental car for free while they replaced the a/c in my Ridgeline for $1700. Yes. They did give me another rental after I brought it back the 4th time for the same problem. Yes. They did try to tell me I needed the rack and pinion replaced for $1720 because it was freezing up and making my power steering pump squeal. (It made no logic what they were telling me, so I flushed out the fluid and pur in new fluid and haven't had a problem since.) Yes. They did tell me that I needed new tires cause the ones I have on, (20K miles on them,) are all dry rotted. (Must have been invisible dry rot. I sure didn't see it. Then they wouldn't even rotate the tires because they were "junk") Oh wait. They were having a tire sale! Yes. They did tell me I needed a new windshield washer pump cause when they pushed the button, it didn't work. Funny. It worked on the way there...and it worked as I was driving out of their lot. Yes. They did tell me that my 1 year old 8 year battery needed to be replaced...until I pushed back and then they said it will still last for a while yet. Beware!! More
