The process of purchasing my leased vehicle was smooth and professionally handled, while maintaining a sense of personal connection to me as a customer. This has been my consistent experience since my first lease four years ago. An issue I had with the key fobs for my vehicle was corrected and preventive guidelines were given to me by staff. I plan to remain in Florida for four more years, and during that time I will bring my vehicle to Jenkins if and when service is recommended or required.
