Every time I go in here for an oil change you all come back with a laundry list of additional services you think I need trying up sell me on crap I don't need. Last time I was told I needed a battery was back with a laundry list of additional services you think I need trying up sell me on crap I don't need. Last time I was told I needed a battery was told it was so dead you all did not know how I even got to the dealer. I declined went to Autozone had it tested battery was fine, yea later still on same battery. This time it was wipes, ai filter, coolant flush, transmission flush, pinion seal and I think something else. Trying to jab me for over $400 in additional charges. I looked at pinion seal when I got home its fine. I had coolant flushed and transmission flushed 30K miles ago. Wipers are not streaking so why replace them? $59+ for and air filter, its $18 for a Fram at Autozone. I did give you at least a 3 stars because the service writer was very courteous and managed to apply some discounts to get my oil change price down. Your upselling skills are crap man. Took 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and I got right in on appointment time, really? More
