I'm extremely impressed with Jenkins Ford of Crystal River. I work with Mike in service & he was amazing to work with. He understood the issue with my tire & was able to process the road hazard extended River. I work with Mike in service & he was amazing to work with. He understood the issue with my tire & was able to process the road hazard extended warranty to have said tire replaced due to a nail which ruined the tire. More

Jenkins Ford was very timely in diagnosing my check engine light as was also able to get it repaired quicker than initially promised as they knew I needed the vehicle for a trip I had planned. Jenkins Ford had my truck 4 times since March 2022 to repair the cruise control, which required a “module”. They insisted I needed a new steering wheel. It cost me $1,700.00, I waited 3 months, after the repair the cruise control, which required a “module”. They insisted I needed a new steering wheel. It cost me $1,700.00, I waited 3 months, after the new wheel was installed the cruise control still DID NOT work. Anthony called, to repair the cruise —a “module” was needed at a cost of $600.00. The service manager did not charge for the module or the labor. But after the module was replaced —- the turn signals and the wipers did not function properly!!! I will not recommend Jenkins Ford or any other Jenkins dealerships More
