We took our truck in here for a couple of nagging dashlight warning lights & an annoying noise in the dash. Anthony at the service counter was friendly & knowledgable. He was very honest about what dashlight warning lights & an annoying noise in the dash. Anthony at the service counter was friendly & knowledgable. He was very honest about what to expect. He called immediately with the findings & estimates and, even though we weren't please with the estimate, we acknowledge the expense of tearling out the dash, the labor, etc. I called 1 time to inquire about when the truck woukd be ready. He knew exactly who I was & which vehice was mine. He very promptly called when the truck was ready. The check engine light came on when I got about 4 miles down the road so I called Anthony right away. He advised to bring it back as soon as we can and to be mindful of the "Overheat" gauge as they had replaced the engine coolant & that MIGHT be the issue. We have yet to take it back as we've been really busy, but we will return to Jenkins for a bit of a check-up. The work was done professionally & as of today, the noises are gone. We're very pleased with our Jenkins experience and especially Anthony. :-) More
