I experienced dishonest communication resulting in unexpected fees charged to me, basically a bate and switch in terms offered by the service department. Was also told to me that service hourly rates unexpected fees charged to me, basically a bate and switch in terms offered by the service department. Was also told to me that service hourly rates are $145 which was projected as part of the slime presented to me. I can handle honest behavior but none was offered in your service department. I do not plan any future visits to your facility, stuck me once never again. More

vehicle was dropped off 1 week before "I" called to see progress .. once I left message .. than received call back ( check your call log) vehicle has been back twice now for same issues .. neither tim progress .. once I left message .. than received call back ( check your call log) vehicle has been back twice now for same issues .. neither time has resolved vibration and clunk noise only item addressed this visit -was scheduled oil change Sale group is great! You were not able to solve problem re back up camera on a new vehicle, rep advised problem was with Ford in Detroit as Jenkins just took over dealership. Probably try Flammer in Spring Hill as distance from new vehicle, rep advised problem was with Ford in Detroit as Jenkins just took over dealership.
