Made an appointment 10 days in advance, 1st one in. Took nearly 2 hours for an oil change. Dealership has changed owners since I bought the car, my free oil changes no longer exist .But deal ! This dealership sold me a used vehicle but from 2020 with only 8k miles when the car arrived to my house in the first day I noticed a puncture on the side wall of one of my tires and other little defects so only 8k miles when the car arrived to my house in the first day I noticed a puncture on the side wall of one of my tires and other little defects so I called the salesman the sold me the car and he put me in with his Manager and the own manger started getting loud with me and raising his voice at me over the phone for no reason when I was just explained to him what I noticed and all he told me is that it’s a used vehicle. And when I tried to come and see if they could replace or fix my tire they told me I would have to pay. More
