the technician i worked with was Anthony and he was always pleasant to talk to and I understood everything he was telling me about installing a new evaporator. it was done ahead of the time he quoted always pleasant to talk to and I understood everything he was telling me about installing a new evaporator. it was done ahead of the time he quoted and he also saved me a bit of money on the whole deal. will be going back next week for brake job seeing how this job was done in accordance to the invoice. thank you Anthony and team. Ownership changed since I purchased my Lincoln 2 1/2 years ago! The service department is “spot on”! I was to have 4 complete auto details included with my purchase! This sales dealer does not h years ago! The service department is “spot on”! I was to have 4 complete auto details included with my purchase! This sales dealer does not honor the promise of 4 full details stating they “don’t know how to bill it”! All they did above the standard Lincoln wash and vacuum is clean the leather seats! Unbelievable and par for todays low standards of customer satisfaction! More
