Jenkins Ford and sales manager, Casey has been the Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a truck!! I am a senior lady and Casey took advantage of that!!!! He was rude and disrespectful to me!!! I am experience I have ever had purchasing a truck!! I am a senior lady and Casey took advantage of that!!!! He was rude and disrespectful to me!!! I am having issues with the transmission and it was that way when I purchased it for $31,000!!! Way over priced!!! It is now after 5 months worth $15,000!!!!! I am losing $16,000!!! Of my hard earned money that I put down of $10,000!!! I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from Jenkins Ford!!!!! More

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I came from three hours away and I told Andrea I didn’t want to be at the dealership all day. I got there at 9:40. She had transferred the tag and done all she needed to do … Most professional service I have ever dealt with at a car dealership, Accusing I was literally in the dealership for 30 minutes and was on my way and was back in Tallahassee by 130… I would literally drive three hours again to buy a car from her!
