If my normal Service manager isn't there one of the others steps right up to handle my issue wit is, bar none, the top Service Dept. in the industry! Brian was helpful and friendly, making a quick video of the car for me. The dealership worked with me on logistics and payment since I live nearly 3 hours away. I found the $999.00 dealer charge a bit st the car for me. The dealership worked with me on logistics and payment since I live nearly 3 hours away. I found the $999.00 dealer charge a bit steep, but the car was serviced well before the sale, including two new tires, so some of the charge was justified. Overall, a pleasant experience. More
