I have dealt with so many Ford dealerships for the past 20+ years, this Crystal River Ford is the BEST by so far it's a shame! From the back to the front! The service department is AMAZING!! I could name them but it doesn't matter who is assigned to you(which is WoW), they all show an interest in getting you taken care of. The sales people I had the pleasure of working with. Anthony was so much fun and very knowledgeable about Ford and expressing the benefits of Ford as a lifestyle. They are a "Sales Team".
