Good service as far as getting the job done but I have had more bad experiences than good with Jenkins Ford. I had dent insurance that wasn’t honored three times, why? because the first dent was on the bu had more bad experiences than good with Jenkins Ford. I had dent insurance that wasn’t honored three times, why? because the first dent was on the bumper that you said couldn’t be fixed without replacing it, yea we can’t do that, not mentioned in the warranty until I had a problem. The next one was a dent on the hood, oh yea we can’t do that either because it’s on a crease, and since we made the truck out of aluminum we would have to replace the whole hood; really, you didn’t mention that on the warranty, I had another dent that I submitted when I tried to get the hood fixed on the right rear but never received a call back from the Chevy place You sent me to. When I mentioned that I just renewed my warranty yesterday I was told oh sorry, we didn’t include that on your new coverage. Well I brought it to your attention before my warranty on that expired it’s not my fault you didn’t follow through. Now it’s I’m sorry it’s too late why don’t you call the Chevy repair place and work it out with them, really, my Warranty was through you, so why don’t you make it right? Next I had to pay for and replace a plastic oil pan which is ridiculous, why do make them out of plastic when you have an engine with intense heat? really STUPID! My drive train warranty should have covered this but no we made it that way so you would have to replace it as a non covered part like your brakes; since when is an oil pan not part of the engine drive train it’s an engine part. Yea make sure the warranty doesn’t pay for that stupid manufacturing mistake. Then that new oil change design with that ridiculous cover you put over the drain plug with tiny little screws, a real pain in the xxx to change, then your new drain plug design again out of plastic and when pulled out shoots oil out like a firehose xxx!! Now I had to change my Transmission fluid at the tune of $303, really? Why would you make a transmission that requires such a complex system that you can’t get it done by anyone but Ford; oh yes to bleed your customers more, Do you think I would ever buy another Ford, not a chance. Then you send me notice to come in because you are going to give me great money for my vehicle for a trade in, lol I come in and you only want to give me 29K for my prestine 2018 Guy Harvey edition with only 64k miles and then want to sell me another 2018 model with more mileage at double what you want to offer me for mine. Let’s just say you are doing nothing for me. I’m not a stupid person, I retired from the Navy after 30 years as a LCDR and as a Commanding Officer, I plan to cancel my extended Warranty tomorrow because my experience with you shows that you will find some way not to honor the warranty when the time comes with a problem and I firmly believe this after experiencing the problems I have brought to you attention. You only cover the drive train because that’s the least chance of having a problem at a tune of $4000. So your $500 commission you made selling me the policy is going away. In fact you don’t even want to discuss the warranty I have to call the warranty division lol, yea we can’t discuss that either. As far as your service department goes, they are great guys and do good work it’s not their fault that you operate the way you do. Would I recommend you to anyone else, No not a chance. More

APP. WITH ANDREA 11/8/23 TO LOOK AT 2020 MKZ HYBIRD RESERVE, SHE WAS VERY NICE AND TREATED US WELL.
