I brought my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation. Mind you I had an appointment. I was told when I got there they were behind and it would be an hour and a half before it was done. An hour and a half ( I waited ) and received my bill and it was almost $40.00 more than it was with Crystal. When I asked why this was they told me the price of oil went up. Bull! My brother who does his own oil changes told me he is still paying the same amount for the oil he buys at the store... Same oil. They did give me a bit of a discount, however having bought my truck there from Crystal I always felt they gave me great service. Never again will I wait an hour and a half for simple service and have to pay that much! More

They have helped me buy not one but three car to date and it has certainly been the best car shopping experience that I've ever had. My sales contact Ron Moore and manager Patrick are the best. I have never been so happy and confident to buy a car as I've been with them. My last car experience was for my roommate and we called Ron at 4 pm told him what we were looking for and how much we can pay and two hours later when we got to the dealer they had the perfect little car for my roommate. She has never been so happy how everything worked out so smoothly and perfect. Thankyou Jenkins Ford for having such thoughtful and knowledgeable sales people. In my book you are always number one. More
