Took my F350 Diesel in for service, oil change, fuel filters, and tire rotation. Check engine light still on when I picked up, never diagnosed problem. Come to find out there are chewed wires leading to filters, and tire rotation. Check engine light still on when I picked up, never diagnosed problem. I am ready to buy a new car. I came in today to look at a Ford explorer but you didn't have any new ones on the lot. While I was there, I spotted a new Lincoln Aviator that I l I came in today to look at a Ford explorer but you didn't have any new ones on the lot. While I was there, I spotted a new Lincoln Aviator that I liked. I asked the salesman to get a key so I can look inside of it. He said I would have to so inside the building so he can get my information and then pull the car up and demo it before I can look inside of it. That is the most ridiculous thing I've heard. I have bought many many cars in the past including a Lincoln and never had to do any such thing. I told him no I just wanted to see inside but he wouldn't show me so I left. You just lost a customer!!! I will take my business to Ocala. More
