Jenkins has very poor customer service and Callie is even worse. They misdiagnosed our 2017 Dodge ram truck. Told us the problem was fixed and kept our truck twice one week each time. We were told by Callie that they would make things right but after that she or the General Manager, Darrin refused to take our calls or return our calls.
