MULTIPLE CALLS A DAY, MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS, TE FOR MONTHS I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY NICOLE AND SIERRA (MANAGER) FROM ONLINE SALES ABOUT MY VEHICLE. MULTIPLE CALLS A DAY, MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS, TEXT MESSAGES. OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS WE HAVE DISCUSSED PRICES FOR IT AND IN TEXT MESSAGES WAS TOLD 38-40K FOR THE VEHICLE ORIGINALLY. TONIGHT 10/24 AT 5:21 IN TEXT MESSAGE I RECEIVED 39-40K SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASE PRICE, COULD POSSIBLY BE MORE ONCE I BRING IT BY. I CALL AND SPOKE ON THE PHONE TO NICOLE WHO CONFIRMED HER AND SIERRA HAD BEEN WORKING WITH ME AND THAT WAS STILL THE OFFER. I DRIVE ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET THERE AND WAS THEN TOLD BY A PHILIP BARKER (ANOTHER MANAGER HE SAID BUT HIS CARD SAYS USED CAR DIRECTOR) THEY WOULD OFFER ME 34-36K AND REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY SAID ‘HE DOESN’T HAVE TO BUY THE VEHICLE NOR WILL HE GO OVER A PENNY MORE’ REGARDLESS OF TEXT MESSAGES THAT ANOTHER SALES GENTLEMAN PULLED UP ON THEIR COMPUTERS THAT MATCH WHAT MINE SAYS JUST MERELY 2 HOURS PRIOR THEY WOULD PURCHASE FOR 39-40K. WASTE OF TIME AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICE. More
