Disappointed that I will no longer get the half price oil changes, that were under the Chrysler dealership. It does not make sense to me to not honor the previous agreement, but if I purchased a car through changes, that were under the Chrysler dealership. That to me does not make sense or good business practice. I will actually consider going somewhere else for service now, I was considering a change in vehicle, I have purchased 12 vehicles when it was Crystal Dodge and was planning on giving Jenkins my business, but I'm not sure I will now.
