Horrible experience! Dropped my corvette off on December 10 for an a/c repair that I know & verified through other Vette mechanics should’ve only taken a week at most! It Dropped my corvette off on December 10 for an a/c repair that I know & verified through other Vette mechanics should’ve only taken a week at most! It’s now going into a month and they still have my car! I’ve been told several times it’ll be ready at end of the week. I’ve asked to speak to a manager several times with no call backs! On Tuesday 12/31 it was supposed to be ready, of course I had to call to find out if I was still getting it today & was told after putting my car back together, on a test drive it was showing traction control issues! I didn’t have that problem when I dropped it off & it sat in a garage bay for a month now! Sounds to me like they messed something up when putting it back together! My bill is over $5k for this? Once again I’m told it’ll be ready today 1/2/25! Not gonna hold my breath! Maybe I need to get an attorney involved? More
This dealership uses a lot of Buts ands, And unfortunately. Not much on customer satisfaction. They are no different than any other place. They double talk, promise and under deliver like no ot unfortunately. Not much on customer satisfaction. They are no different than any other place. They double talk, promise and under deliver like no other. After charging $185.00/hr to check the starter And flywheel they then said the real problem was the battery fuse assembly And a coolant leak was the reason for the car running poorly and a no start condition. 3 days later of silence they I formed the owner that her engine was fried. Lol I think they should have k own that Ling before the coolant leak and a bad battery fuse that was defined as the problem. I wouldn't take a skateboard to these card shuffling con artist morons. Another under the cover of darkness dealership snafu. PS the Chevy cruze should be labeled a lemon and a stand be put out front to advertise it. Never again will I direct a customer to have them look at their car. Ineptitude abundance at Jenkins More

Advisor set up an appointment for 3 I am having an electrical problem with my wives vehicle and stop by Wednesday afternoon to set up an appointment. Advisor set up an appointment for 3:15 Thursday. I left work early and when I arrived I was told it would take several hours to find and repair the electrical problem and would have to leave the car. NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD ON WEDNESDAY!! Last time i will ever come into your service or sales departments and have my time wasted. More
I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado in for a check engine light and it was running really rough all of a sudden… i made an appointment over the weekend to drop it off on Monday morning when they opene engine light and it was running really rough all of a sudden… i made an appointment over the weekend to drop it off on Monday morning when they opened, had it there before they opened. I didn’t even get a call until Tuesday at 3PM that they could not start it, it needed a new starter at a cost of nearly $1,200, and they could not diagnose anything else until I agreed to have them replace the starter. I started the truck up and drove it there just fine by the way… so I asked if I could come get it and replace the starter myself ($250 part that took me an hour to replace), then bring it back for them to diagnose the issue I brought it in for… the answer was “No, our mechanic has to be paid for his work, you owe us $200 diag fee, and when you bring it back you will be charged another $200 diag fee.” (They didn’t diagnose anything, as they actually stated “we can not diagnose anything because we can not start it.” ) I showed back up, paid the $200 diag fee, jumped in my truck and started it right up and drove away. What sense does that make!? More
