Dishonist service department . Wanted gm parts ( brakes and rotors ) got after market parts and only found out because I asked what parts I had to fill out rebate . I complained and said I would not of gone to dealership for aftermarket parts . They charged me price for gm parts on bill .They said we will review bill with service manager . Don't call us we'll call you was there reply. No call ,nothing . Also brought in car because it wouldn't start some times . They said it was key fob . Was not the problem . Paid $400 for new key fob .Also no curdiscy car to pick you up or drop you off . Will never go to this dealership ever . More

Although John is new, he showed competence but was honest when he didn’t know an answer to our questions. We had confidence in him and are pleased with our purchase. My original experience overall was extremely bad dealing with their General Sales Manager Chris. Unfortunately, the Sales Manager Tommy got stuck in the middle of some overall unprofessional decisions made with their General Sales Manager Chris. Unfortunately, the Sales Manager Tommy got stuck in the middle of some overall unprofessional decisions made after our original signed agreement was completed. This caused my mother several stressful and complicated issues with their sales department. However, the overall General Manager Ken is an upfront and honest man. We were able to discuss and come to an agreement to redeem the situation for her moving forward and Tommy was helpful along the way. That shows when dealing with customer service in the purchase of a large vehicle. My mother Is now happy and the owner of a new Chevy purchased at Jenkins. With the redemption of this experience my review has been updated accordingly for the effort Ken made in making things right. 5* More

Absolutely ridiculous! They have a Corvette advertised on their website for $79065.
