Avoid this dealer. Ordered parts which I was forced to pay in advance and was told I would get a call when they came in. 3 weeks later still no call. Why? Customer dissatisfaction seems to be their specialty. I dropped off my car with a check engine light on Thursday and received a call on Tuesday that my car was done. I picked up my car at 8:00 and drove I dropped off my car with a check engine light on Thursday and received a call on Tuesday that my car was done. I picked up my car at 8:00 and drove two miles down the road and the light came back on, turned around went back and Jason said that they would get it right in and I should be out of there in an hour. seven hour later the car was still not fixed. At that point I decided that the service department was completely incompetent and took my car. As it turns out the only thing they did was clear the code on the first go around and never did any troubleshooting to find out why the light had come on. Not only is that lazy but it puts the customer and the vehicle at risk. That in a nutshell is how much they care about their customers. One last item when I dropped my car off it was clean and when I picked it up it was another slap in the face as my car was filthy. I can't imagine why GM allows such substandard practices to take place in their dealership network. I will never go near this dealership again ! More
I would not recommend the service department. I have a noise coming from the drivers side window especially at higher speed. I made an appointment for Jenkins Chevrolet to diagnose the problem which they suggested replacing the weather stripping around the window. Brought my car back in for another scheduled appointment for them to replace and after 6 days the weather stripping was finally replaced. This did not fix the issue at all and still getting a loud noise. I’ve tried contacting Jenkins Chevrolet multiple times through phone calls and text but have not received a call or text back. More

Make sure if you buy a car new or used and invest in an extended warranty through GMC that you read the fine print or research problems specifically with the torque converter on any of their vehicles. We bought one and the warranty company specifically stated that they weren't covered under the warranty. We bought a traverse. There is a class action lawsuit dealing with issues specifically for this being heard in March. Ours is failing and we were told it's our problem. They know/knew this existed on their vehicles and have failed to address or fix/compensate people for this specific issue. Just a heads up. We won't be the first or last this happens to. More

It’s now going into a month and they still have my car! I’ve been told several times it’ll be ready at end of the week. I’ve asked to speak to a manager several times with no call backs! On Tuesday 12/31 it was supposed to be ready, of course I had to call to find out if I was still getting it today & was told after putting my car back together, on a test drive it was showing traction control issues! I didn’t have that problem when I dropped it off & it sat in a garage bay for a month now! Sounds to me like they messed something up when putting it back together! My bill is over $5k for this? Once again I’m told it’ll be ready today 1/2/25! Not gonna hold my breath! Maybe I need to get an attorney involved? More
