Make sure if you buy a car new or used and invest in an extended warranty through GMC that you read the fine print or research problems specifically with the torque converter on any of their vehicles. We extended warranty through GMC that you read the fine print or research problems specifically with the torque converter on any of their vehicles. We bought one and the warranty company specifically stated that they weren't covered under the warranty. We bought a traverse. There is a class action lawsuit dealing with issues specifically for this being heard in March. Ours is failing and we were told it's our problem. They know/knew this existed on their vehicles and have failed to address or fix/compensate people for this specific issue. Just a heads up. We won't be the first or last this happens to. More
Horrible experience! Dropped my corvette off on December 10 for an a/c repair that I know & verified through other Vette mechanics should’ve only taken a week at most! It Dropped my corvette off on December 10 for an a/c repair that I know & verified through other Vette mechanics should’ve only taken a week at most! It’s now going into a month and they still have my car! I’ve been told several times it’ll be ready at end of the week. I’ve asked to speak to a manager several times with no call backs! On Tuesday 12/31 it was supposed to be ready, of course I had to call to find out if I was still getting it today & was told after putting my car back together, on a test drive it was showing traction control issues! I didn’t have that problem when I dropped it off & it sat in a garage bay for a month now! Sounds to me like they messed something up when putting it back together! My bill is over $5k for this? Once again I’m told it’ll be ready today 1/2/25! Not gonna hold my breath! Maybe I need to get an attorney involved? More
This dealership uses a lot of Buts ands, And unfortunately. Not much on customer satisfaction. They are no different than any other place. They double talk, promise and under deliver like no ot unfortunately. Not much on customer satisfaction. They are no different than any other place. They double talk, promise and under deliver like no other. After charging $185.00/hr to check the starter And flywheel they then said the real problem was the battery fuse assembly And a coolant leak was the reason for the car running poorly and a no start condition. 3 days later of silence they I formed the owner that her engine was fried. Lol I think they should have k own that Ling before the coolant leak and a bad battery fuse that was defined as the problem. I wouldn't take a skateboard to these card shuffling con artist morons. Another under the cover of darkness dealership snafu. PS the Chevy cruze should be labeled a lemon and a stand be put out front to advertise it. Never again will I direct a customer to have them look at their car. Ineptitude abundance at Jenkins More
BUYERS BEWARE! ! Jenkins website advertised MSRP is not honored. They added over 7000 dollars to the vehicle price as a dealer adjusted price. They then tried to app ! Jenkins website advertised MSRP is not honored. They added over 7000 dollars to the vehicle price as a dealer adjusted price. They then tried to apply my personal 7500 dollar EV tax credit to get the price down to MSRP without telling me until I questioned the fact I would not be getting a tax break. They took the 7500 for their pure profit. Thankfully we knew the process because we had other EV vehicles we purchased in the past and caught them!! Top management was involved. Very dishonest dealership in many ways. I ended up buying the same model that was better equipped for 0ver 10,000 less the next day at another local dealership. Shameful. More

We were at the dealership for approximately five hours. We were very tired and signed the papers. The next day I looked over the papers and it appeared to be a service plan which gave me basically 10 oil changes at a cost of $2238.00. I called Mr. Cloud back the next day and left a message that I would like to discuss this with no reply. I then contacted the warranty company who told me that basically that's what my plan included. Then I went down to your dealership to cancel. Mr. Cloud was not there so Mr.Correll filled out the paperwork to cancel. I signed it and it was left for Mr. Cloud to sign and submit. I called him the next day to check on this and no response again. Next I called the warranty company to do a direct cancellation ,which I have done. On September 3rd. I purchased a 2023 Buick Encore. BEWARE OF THE JENKINS PACKAGE SCAM. Unfortunately I fell victim to this scam and didn't catch it at the dealership. Online price was listed 55k then they will throw in a Jenkins package Unfortunately I fell victim to this scam and didn't catch it at the dealership. Online price was listed 55k then they will throw in a Jenkins package which is nothing more than window tint, floor mats and a couple other items. The package raised the price from 55k to 65k almost. I didn't catch it at the dealership because I brought my two young kids and they focused on the trade in value negotiations more. I reached out to the manager the following day while overlooking the contract and voiced my frustration to which went no where. He made it seem as if it is common practice to use this scam. I feel for this and I hope no one else does. 10k for window tint and floor mats... The best part was they were laser focused on me giving them a 5 star review for service while I was there. What a joke.... More
When I was looking to purchase a new vehicle, the dealership did not have the vehicle with all the features I wanted. So I asked to order the vehicle. The salesman then introduced to me to the sales dealership did not have the vehicle with all the features I wanted. So I asked to order the vehicle. The salesman then introduced to me to the sales manager who stated since my lease was up in a month, GM would not let me extend my lease while I waited for delivery of the new vehicle I wanted to order. So when I went home I called GM Financial and they said there is no problem extending a lease, I just needed a order number after the fist month expired on the old lease. So DO NOT go to this dealership unless you like being LIED too!!! More
I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado in for a check engine light and it was running really rough all of a sudden… i made an appointment over the weekend to drop it off on Monday morning when they opene engine light and it was running really rough all of a sudden… i made an appointment over the weekend to drop it off on Monday morning when they opened, had it there before they opened. I didn’t even get a call until Tuesday at 3PM that they could not start it, it needed a new starter at a cost of nearly $1,200, and they could not diagnose anything else until I agreed to have them replace the starter. I started the truck up and drove it there just fine by the way… so I asked if I could come get it and replace the starter myself ($250 part that took me an hour to replace), then bring it back for them to diagnose the issue I brought it in for… the answer was “No, our mechanic has to be paid for his work, you owe us $200 diag fee, and when you bring it back you will be charged another $200 diag fee.” (They didn’t diagnose anything, as they actually stated “we can not diagnose anything because we can not start it.” ) I showed back up, paid the $200 diag fee, jumped in my truck and started it right up and drove away. What sense does that make!? More
The service “advisors” do not have a clue. I am having an electrical problem with my wives vehicle and stop by Wednesday afternoon to set up an appointment. Last time i will ever come into your service or sales departments and have my time wasted. More
