Lack of communication on length of repair vs wait time. Was told it wouldn’t be necessary to drop the vehicle off as the repairs were routine warranty work. Took 5 maybe 6 hours. I asked before the vehicle was dropped off how long it would take and was informed “not long”. Waited three weeks for the parts to come in that were back ordered. So I called and they said well let’s try another place to order from and the parts were there at your service department the next day. Why wait three weeks with no follow up and why not choose the parts supplier that delivered the parts the next day to begin with? Also the oil had to be emptied to replace the lines and I was told the oil was changed but if it was itls customary not to reprove the oil filter. I mark my oil filters and it was obvious this was not changed. Possibly lack of integrity going on at this particular dealership. More

My husband brought the truck in for it’s first free oil change, the service rep. stated they would also do tire rotation-my husband stated he did not wish for that to occur-the rep. stated it was required change, the service rep. stated they would also do tire rotation-my husband stated he did not wish for that to occur-the rep. stated it was required by Chevrolet, he still stated he didn’t want it done. She continued to banger him about it and he continued to decline-she finally gave up but it wasn’t a pleasant experience- More
Absolute worst service Experience ever!!! We bought a brand new 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe in April which was owned by Crystal Chevrolet at the time. We had only heard great reviews about them from the sales brand new 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe in April which was owned by Crystal Chevrolet at the time. We had only heard great reviews about them from the sales all the way to the service. Fast forward to now and it is horrible since the new owners have taken over Jenkins Chevrolet. I was due for my very first service so I tried calling to schedule my appointment. I called over 20 times over the course of 3 days at different times of the day with no luck of anyone answering the phone. I noticed online was an option to schedule your service visit so I did. The first availability was a week away so I scheduled it. I drove an hour to the dealership only to walk in and them tell me that they can't see the online appointments. After explaining I had called numerous times with no luck and that I had drove an hour they agreed to "work' me in even though I had an appointment which I received an appointment reminder thru email and text the day before. I was told around 2 hours as they were being overbooked due to them obviously not knowing the system or how to do their job. I was ok with it as I was trying to give them the benefit of doubt. 2 hours and 15 minutes in I should have been the next one finished as the others there at the time had came in well after me but that was not the case. 2 people who had only been there an hour at most were finished and checking out so I nicely asked what the issue was and was told it was the way the manager divided them. So basically you could be first or you could be last and they didn't seem to care. I was told they can't fix the recall on the vehicle as they don't have the part. So basically I waited 2 hours and 35 minutes for a service and with no apology for my wait or anything at all. I am so disappointed especially with this being my first service appointment on my brand new vehicle. I will not return for my next service or ever again. Do not buy from here or you will be let down and very disappointed!! Breanna, my service advisor was the only one who tried to apologize and seemed truly sorry. The manager was short and smart and unapologetic to say the least!!!! More

Jerry Sides is not only a top notch human being but a magnificent sales associate and should be used as a customer service template. The Service Dept is absolutely unparalleled and goes above and beyond to satisfy all the customers needs. Blain West, Arnold Martin and Darcy Tidwell are incomparable and as far as I'm concerned are the tip of the sword when it comes to customer service. If your looking for a dealership filled with consummate professionals, then look no further. More
Collision repair department is non responsive. Okay, its been almost two months since I brought my car back to the collision center to repair a part that was improperly installed. On June 29 I met with Quincy and he agreed to order part for vehicle that was falling off due improper installation. Called on July 19 to check on progress of them getting part and was informed that if was going to be "released" on Friday, July 22. Called back on August 12 and talked to Jim to be told that Quincy was with another customer and that he and/or Quincy would check on this matter and get "right back to me". No return call so I called on August 15 and talked to Quincy and he said that he still had not received part. I informed him that I found the part on the internet in stock and shipped within two days. He said he would check and "get right back to me". It is now August 19 and still no call or communication. I will order the part myself and have it installed at a another service provider. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH CRYSTAL CHEVROLET AGAIN. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They obviously had no intention of honoring the warranty on the service. More

He then returned to us and said they would have to do a hard submit and he woul contact us by mon. Well its now fri and guess what no phone call. My wife even spoke to the sales manager Bo and he oromised he would figure out why no return phone call. Still no response ftom him either I left him a message and nothing. Even if we couldnt work out a deal they should still call and inform the consumer of whats going on. More
