First of all I was very pleased they got me in so quick to do my service and the GM recall on my air bag of my 2011 Silverado Pickup when i got in my truck to leave the dealership my service air bag light to do my service and the GM recall on my air bag of my 2011 Silverado Pickup when i got in my truck to leave the dealership my service air bag light was on my my glove box wouldn't not close i went back into service department to tell my service advisor about the problem she ask me "what do you want now" which was extremely rude and the technician told me the reason my glove box wouldn't shut was because of my XM radio. I had never had an issue with glove box before and was just wondering why technician never seen service air bag light on when he backed my truck out of service bay. I'm new to the area and was hoping I had found a trustworthy dealer I could to depend on to take care of my needs but boy was I wrong on this. So disappointed!! More

Dropped my truck off because it would start to overheat and has an issue with an engine knock. Had to take off work to go there and show the tech what the truck was doing because they couldn’t and then the and has an issue with an engine knock. I was met in the service drive by Kristie Weeks. She entered my service request. I was very impressed by her knowledge, attention to detail and respect for me as a customer. Bryanna Conrad followed through my entire visit keeping me updated. I was impressed by her attitude and great customer service skills. She checked on me as well as the other customers. She took the time to make sure we were all informed as to the wait and what was happening with our vehicles. She is a Great Assistant Service Manager. She had a smile for everyone. You have the correct team to make the customers glad they came to your Dealership for Service. This is the first Dealership where I have received this kind of service and attention to details. The other Dealerships I have been to once you check in you are forgotten until it is time to pay the bill. I also appreciate the service team I didn't meet that took care of the truck.
