I have been receiving emails and mail to home since I bought the truck in March 2021 stating "Free pickup and delivery of your vehicle for servicing from anyplace at your convenience," Well guess what they know nothing about that, but it was shown in black and white to them...said it was a liability. Well, isn't that False Advertisement!! My son took this in for me and when he brought it back the hood was covered with big greasy handprints as well as the door jamb etc. Had it detailed the day before. So still waiting for the problem with the truck to show again. At that point I will have to pull a fuse. I am 69 yrs. old. Really don't want to do that. So much for buying a new vehicle. Oil change went great and a fair price with the coupon. More
