Taking my 4 kids to any kind of appointment is hard. I like coming here. Im not stressing about the kids . They have toys , cookies , popcorn, and are happy to get everyone anything they need while you I like coming here. Im not stressing about the kids . I was pleased with the customer service I received from the service department. They remembered me by name the following day when I came to pick my vehicle up, which was quite impressive. It would have been helpful if this dealership's service department offered the type of service my car needed over the weekend. I was told it could only be done during the week and that it was recommended t department offered the type of service my car needed over the weekend. I was told it could only be done during the week and that it was recommended that the car be dropped off over night. I live an hour away from this dealership so this would have been very difficult. Since the car was under warranty and purchased from this dealership I was disappointed we were not offered a rental so we could do what they asked and drop off over night during the week. When I did drop the car off in the early morning during the week, I was planning on waiting there. I understood I was likely going to have to wait there likely several hours as I was told they wanted to work on the car when it was cooler. I dropped it off about 8 AM in roughly 30 degree weather. I got the sense that they did not want me to wait there with the vehicle. I was told around 4:30 PM that the car would be finished by 5:30 PM. I still don't understand what took so long. This wasn't a service that was to be completed on the spot. This had been planned for days and for over a week the service department knew this work would need to be completed as they waited on parts. Disappointing. More
