Awful experience, they never fixed the car and they still charged. The car left worse than it was because they forgot to plug the ecm connector and the transmission, I had to figure it out at home after leav charged. My service representative Brett was very thorough, fast and accommodating in getting a rental. As is typical of dealerships, your labor charge is vastly overpriced. There's no way you are paying your techs anywhere close to $165 per hour. Even if I use the 3 times multiplier used by consulting forms overpriced. There's no way you are paying your techs anywhere close to $165 per hour. Even if I use the 3 times multiplier used by consulting forms to determine hourly billing rates, there's no way possible you are paying your techs $55 per hour or $114,400 per year. Therefore, you overcharge the public. To add insult to injury, you wish me to pay for a water pump and all new hoses as well as paying for the actual problem, a leaky thermostat housing. That would be expensive enough but adding the xxxxxxxx charges took a $1,000 billing up to almost $2,500. Don't understand why people don't take their cars to dealerships? You shouldn't. I give you an average rating because you're no different than any other dealership service department. More
