Sales manager likes playing shell games, finance manager likes to push paperwork at high rate, rushing thru process. Nothing like being robbed while being smiled at. Never again. Salesman Jamie has integrity and honor; too bad he is undermined so completely by his managers. More

Starting looking for a vehicle. Jenkings reached out to me via internet with a great offer on a vehicle. I waited but was exceted to get my first vehicle brought from a dealership in a long time. Came in, met Jermeny (Sales Rep.), test drove the vehicle, signed the paperwork, and drove the vehicle home. (happy as xxxx). Caught an uber back the next day to pick up my old vehicle. (still excited that I just brought a new car.) After having the car for a week or two, notice that the enigine temp gage was high. open the hood and notice that the anti freeze low. Went to Auto Zone, got some antifreeze, filled it up and went on my merry way. As we know, when you identify one problem, you start seeing others. Came out in the morning and used my auto start feature to start the car. Hear this crazy engine rattle sound. Guess that the car may just need time to warm up. Drove it again, made it to Sanford, that when I notice that engine temp was going high again. Took it to the Sanford dealership (horrible experince). Called Jenkins Chevy (where i got the vehicle from) and they took care of me. Put the vehicle in the shop right away and give me a loaner vehicle to boot. (Still happy customer). They stated that they could find anything wrong with the vehicle. Understood, so I went and picked up the vehicle. Let the service advisor know about my concerns still but understand if they can't see it, then it my not exist. Drove the vehicle to Melbourne and back. Get up, check the aintfreeze and barely any in the resiviour. Barely nothing in it. This is where this message gets interesting. Called the service department. Let them know what was going on. Took a picture of the issue and sent it to them. Also did a video of the issue. Sent it to them via text message. No responce. I called them.. They stated that they dont have any loaner vehicles and need to contact sales. Cantacted sales and spoke to Jermany who sold me the car. He stated that he will call back in 5 mins going on hours because he nevered called back. The Service (shawn) sent me a message stating that my insurance doesn't cover loaner vehicles. Questions marks stated swirling around my head. So I called the general directly to ask am I covered for loaner vehicles. The answer was yes.. Loaners and rentals.. Basically anything related to my vehicle, I cam covered. They Service stated that we dont accept insurance from the general. My first question, why in the xxxx did you sell me the car if you dont accept my insurance. By this time, i am no longer that happy customer that I once was when i brought a car a few weeks ago. So now I have a new car that I cant or have to be careful to drive. Note: It is a certified vehicle, so it is under warranty, but who wants to use a warranty when they buy a vehicle that they are paying close to $1,000 a month for. (Now I am a pissed off customer). Now I have to find a dealership near me to fix this car that I got from you (Jenkings). That positive review just went south. More

Went to trade in a f150 I got stuck with through some unfortunate events. They made the deal work even though it was tough with the fact I had only owned the ford for 2 months. unfortunate events.
