Ron Rivetz was our sales rep and from the beginning he was responsive and attentive throughout the transaction. Bobbi Jo Jacobowitz was professional and efficient. Bobbi Jo overseen the entire process and often checked on me to make sure I was okay while we waited for Steven. . Steven O'John was courtesy and got all the paperwork together in a timely manner. Overall I was extremely pleased with the purchase. I would have given 5 stars however, after I went to start the vehicle the next morning on 4-29 the display issued a battery malfunction error. When I returned to South Carolina on 5-1, I took the vehicle to a BMW dealer and they diagnosed a bad battery and I was unable to drive the vehicle until 5-13 after they ordered a new battery. Keep in mind the vehicle I purchased was a 2019 with 950 miles and nearly $50,000. Jenkins was suppose to do a multi-point reconditioning process the includes battery replacement. With that aside and after BMW service looked over the vehicle I feel comfortable with my purchase from Jenkins Automotive group and I would recommend them because of the people I came in contact with. I'm sure they would have retified the concern if I was local. More

There was no haggling over the value of our trade and our new Acura was generously discounted to our satisfaction! The finance manager provided the payment terms that met our needs. Many extras were offered but we freely picked and chose the plan that worked for our budget. Our salesman patiently offered knowledgeable answers to our questions about the nuances in our new car and has followed up with us after the sale to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase and the overall sales encounter. We both can state unequivocally that we are totally satisfied thus far in our Jenkins Acura experience. More

Sales force did a good job. Little rushed because it was late in the day. I feel if I would have taken the proper time better results would have occurred.
